Excavación arqueológica en el Parque de las Acacias: la factoría de salazón, la necrópolis tardorromana y el cementerio castellano

Recent archaeological works conducted in 2015 at ancient Iulia Traducta (Algeciras), have unearthed new Roman fish salting plants active from the I to probably the V century B.C. After, we discovered two cemeteries: a Late Roman (7th century A.D.) and a castilian one (1344-1369 A.D.). Both were unknown before this archaeological excavation.
