Microfluidic Platform for Monitoring the Dielectric Parameters of U2OS Cells

This work aims to investigate the difference in the electrical parameters e.g. Impedance, capacitance and permittivity. Those parameters were investigated for different cells such as the dead and viable Normal Human Bone Osteosarcoma Epithelial (U2OS) Cells at different frequencies using micro-electrical impedance spectroscopy $(\mu \mathrm{EIS}). >\mu \mathrm{EIS}$ defines the electrical parameters of normal U2OS cells inserted between sensing microelectrodes. The frequencies of the spectrum used to define the electrical parameters ranges from 1kHz to 3MHz.
