A compound of formula I (See formula) wherein n is 0, 1, 2 or 3; m is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6; q is 0, 1 or 2; W, X, Y and Z are each independently CH, C, N, S, or O with appropriate single or double bonds and / or hydrogen atoms to complete valency requirements; A ring is a ring of five or six members in which one of W, X, Y or Z may be absent; with the proviso that ring A is not phenyl; K is a bond, C = O, or S (O) p; p is 0, 1 or 2; R 1 is selected from hydroxy, C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 heterocyclic alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C1-C6 C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C1-C6 alkyl aryl, aryl, heterocyclyl, C2-C6 alcohol, -O-C1-C6alkyl, -O-aryl, -O-C2-C6 alkenyl, -O-C1-C6 haloalkyl, -O-C1-C6 heterocyclic, -O-cycloalkyl C3-C8, -O-C1-C6alkyl C3-C8 cycloalkyl, -NR 7 R 8, -O-C1-C6 aryl, -O-heterocyclic, -O-C1-C6 CO2R 11, -O-alkyl C2-C6 alcohol, -O-C1-C6 NR 7 R 8, -O-alkylcyano C2-C6, CONR 11 R 12, NR 11 SO 2 R 12, NR 11 COR 12, C0-C3 NR 11 R 12, alkyl C1-C3 alkyl COR 11 and C0-C6 COOR 11; with the proviso that R 1 is not hydroxy when K is S (O) p, CO, and / or when n is zero and K is a bond; and wherein each cycloalkyl, aryl or heterocyclic is optionally substituted with 1 to 3 groups independently selected from oxo, hydroxy, halo, C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, C2-C6, C1-C6 haloalkyl C1- C6, C1-C6 alcohol, -O-C2-C6 alcohol, C1-C6 haloalkoxy, CONR 11 R 12, NR 11 SO 2 R 12, NR 11 COR 12, C0-C3 NR 11 R 12, C1-C3 COR 11, C0-C6 COOR 11, C 0 -C 6 alkylcyano, -OC 2 -C 6 alkylcyano, C1-C6 C3-C8 cycloalkyl, phenyl, -O-C1-C6alkyl C3-C8 cycloalkyl, -O-alkyl C1-C6 aryl, -O-C1-C6 heterocyclic, and C1-C6 alkyl aryl; R 2 is independently selected from hydrogen, C1-C6 and C3-C8 alkyl; R 3 is ...
