Method for simultaneously separating ractopamine, clenbuterol and salbutamol from feed by adopting SLE method

The invention discloses a method for simultaneously separating ractopamine, clenbuterol and salbutamol from feed by adopting an SLE method. The method comprises the following steps of step 1, adding a feed sample into a buffer solution, mixing through a whirlpool mixer, carrying out centrifugal treatment, and using a small amount of supernatant liquor subjected to centrifugal treatment; step 2, adding the supernatant liquor into an SLE pillar, and standing for 2-4 minutes; step 3, adopting ternary eluent to elute the SLE pillar for at least two times, receiving eluent, and obtaining the eluent containing the ractopamine, the clenbuterol and the salbutamol. The invention aims to provide the method for separating the ractopamine, the clenbuterol and the salbutamol from the feed by adopting the SLE method, which is high in separation efficiency and simple to operate.
