High-resilience foam

2014
The invention relates to high-resilience foam, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyether polyols, 0.2-5 parts of a catalyst, 0.8-3.5 parts of a foam stabilizer, 1-5 parts of a crosslinking agent, 20-60 parts of toluene diisocyanate, and 2-7 parts of water. An effect of preparing the high-resilience foam without using a hole-opening agent under the condition that the body burden of toluene diisocyanate 2,4 is changed between 50 and 79% can be achieved. Compared with foam with a density same as that of the high-resilience foam, the hole diameter of the high-resilience foam prepared according to the invention is in mixed distribution, and the hole opening rate of the high-resilience foam is large; the high-resilience foam is high in hardness and tear strength; the high-resilience foam can bear a high compression load; and the high-resilience foam has good handfeel and good air permeability, and is low in production cost.
