Design of Glass Curtain Wall of New Railway Station and Its Development Trend

Research purposes:Through reviewing several elevation designs of railway station,this paper studies the characteristics of the glass curtain wall for railway station,including the support styles for large space curtain wall and how to choose glass panels,and also prospects the new development trend of glass curtain wall in new railway station.Research conclusions:Using steel truss and tension bar truss is comparatively a good way to support the large space and big span curtain wall,and the application of Low-E glass on glass curtain wall is an effective way to reduce solar radiation.Light-volt power and dual-air circulation technologies are more and more adopted in design and construction of glass curtain wall for modern building.
