Method for chemically preparing 2'-desoxyadenossine

The invention discloses a novel method for chemically preparing 2'-desoxyadenossine. The technical scheme is as follows: the method comprises the following steps: (1) performing a reaction on a compound shown by formula (II) and benzoyl chloride in a pyridine liquor to prepare a compound shown as formula (III); (2) in a dichloroethane solvent, condensing the compound shown as formula (III) and a compound shown as formula (IV) under the effect of a catalyst to prepare a compound shown as formula (V); and (3) in a mixed solvent, removing protective radicals of the compound shown as formula (V) in an alkaline condition to obtain a compound shown by formula (I). The preparation method for 2'-desoxyadenossine provided by the invention is easy to get raw materials, mild in reaction condition, simple and convenient to operate, small in environmental pollution, high in synthesizing efficiency, and relatively suitable for industrial production.
