The invention provides a low-flow-resistance swirling diffusion gas-liquid mixer. One end of a mixer housing is a liquid inlet, and the other end of the mixer housing is an outlet; a swirler is arranged inside the liquid inlet; the end part of the swirler is connected with a porous diffuser; the other end of the porous diffuser is connected with a porous arc-shaped baffle plate; a gas inlet is formed in the mixer housing at the porous diffuser; the middle of the inner part of the mixer housing is provided with three groups of long rib mixing units which are arranged in a staggered mode; each group of long rib mixing units consists of two semicircular ribs which are perpendicular to each other; two adjacent staggered long rib mixing units are reverse in rib rotation direction. The low-flow-resistance swirling diffusion gas-liquid mixer provided by the invention is arranged in front of a head part of a thrust chamber of a rocket engine and is used for heat exchange and mixing of two fuels to form gas flow with a uniform temperature and stable speed; the gas flow enters the thrust chamber for combustion.
