Determination of Trace Elements in Shanyao by Non-Complete Digestion-Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

A method for rapid determination of trace elements in shanyao by FAAS has been developed.The samples of shanyao were treated by non-complete digestion method.RSDs were less than 1.6%.The determination results of this method were consistent with those obtained by ashing method.The relative errors were less than 2.3%.This method is short time-consuming and with less acid.Trace elements including Ca,Mg,Fe,K and Zn in shanyao can be fast and accurately determined.
