The invention is a pixel structure of semipermeable reflecting LCD panel, including a top basal plate and a bottom basal plate. The top surface of the bottom basal plate can be separated into a reflecting area covered with a reflecting layer and a penetrating area. The hybrid nematic liquid crystal molecular layer is sandwiched in between the top and bottom basal plates. The first pixel electrode and the first common electrode are made in the reflecting area at an interval of the first preset distance to generate transverse electric field so as to drive the liquid crystal molecules to turn. The second pixel electrode and the second common electrode are made in the penetrating area at an interval of the second preset distance to generate transverse electric field to drive the liquid crystal molecules to turn. And the first preset distance is greater than the second preset distance. Therefore, when an operating voltage is applied on the pixel structure, the phase delay produced in the liquid crystal layer in the reflecting area is less than that in the penetrating area.
