TractoFlow-ABS (Atlas-Based Segmentation)

In Diffusion MRI (dMRI) field, a lot of studies are performed on abnormal brains with lesions due to a pathologies or aging. Most of dMRI processing pipeline are not are not robust to these lesions. To handle these issues, we developed TractoFlow-ABS. TractoFlow-ABS is a derived version of TractoFlow that handle correctly these lesions.
