ПЕДАГОГІЧНІ УМОВИ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ САМОСТІЙНОЇ НАВЧАЛЬНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ІНОЗЕМНИХ СТУДЕНТІВ ПІДГОТОВЧИХ ФАКУЛЬТЕТІВ ВИЩИХ НАВЧАЛЬНИХ ЗАКЛАДІВ

Стаття присвячена проблемам підвищення ефективності самостійної навчальної діяльності у ВНЗ. З огляду на сутність самостійної навчальної діяльності та особливості навчання іноземних студентів на підготовчому факультеті ВНЗ, виокремлено педагогічні умови ефективної організації самостійної навчальної діяльності. Наведено результати експериментальних досліджень, які підтверджують отримані висновки. Статья посвящена проблемам повышения эффективности самостоятельной учебной деятельности в ВУЗах. С учетом сущности самостоятельной учебной деятельности и особенностей обучения иностранных студентов на подготовительном факультете ВУЗа, определены педагогические условия эффективной организации самостоятельной учебной деятельности. Приведены результаты экспериментальных исследований, подтверждающие полученные выводы. The article deals with the problems of improvement of self-educational activity at higher education establishments. Scientific literature analysis and examining the present state of self-educational activity organization for foreign students at  preparatory departments made it possible to reveal shortcomings of the process, which are listed in the article. Training students at higher education establishments nowadays is considered in the article to be one of the determinants of personality development that will increase scientific, technical, cultural level and the progress of society as a whole. Realizing this demands that higher education teachers provide high-quality training to future specialists, which largely depends on creating effective conditions for students’ self-educational activity. The results of specific research and personal experience of working at a preparatory department of technical higher education institution allowed to distinguish the conditions of effective organization of foreign students’ self-educational activity. Psycho-educational literature analysis has allowed to identify ways of creating conditions that shape foreign students’ positive motivation to self-educational activity. The study of psychological and educational literature as well as the study of practical experience of university preparatory departments allowed to argue which approaches should be self-educational activity organization based on, in order to ensure individual pace and style of interaction between teachers and students on the basis of subject — subject relationship, modeling future activity (by using elements of innovative educational technologies), professional self-development orientation, reliance on self-esteem and a critical attitude to the level of student’s personal training. Pedagogical conditions of effective organization of self-educational activity are defined taking into account the main point of self-educational activity and peculiarities of teaching foreign students at preparatory departments of higher education establishments. The results of experimental research that support the obtained conclusions are given in the article.
