High-gloss ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) alloy and method for preparing same from matte ABS

The invention relates to a high-gloss ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) alloy and a method for preparing the same from matte ABS, which comprises the following steps: preparing matte ABS resin, permeable AS (acrylonitrile-styrene), black color master batch, photostabilizer and processing assistant in a weight ratio of (40-80):(20-60):(3-7):(0.2-2):(0.1-5), respectively drying, thoroughly mixing in a high-speed mixer, sending the mixture into a double screw extruder, compounding, extruding, drawing, cooling, granulating and drying to obtain the injection molding finished product. By material selection, advantage complementation of different component materials, combination of preparation technique quick thermal circulation injection molding technique and other measures, the invention greatly lowers the raw material cost on the premise of ensuring excellent performance indexes, and especially overcomes the defects of low gloss, poor permeability, poor density and poor flowing property of the matte material, thereby implementing application in the high-end field and obviously lowering the material cost.
