Method for manufacturing bath curtain

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bath curtain. The conventional method for manufacturing the bath curtain is complex and has high production cost, and the manufactured bath curtain has poor performance. The method is characterized in that: the bath curtain consists of pigment and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin powder, dioctyl phthalate (DOP), PVC stabilizer, epoxy soybean oiland calcium carbonate in a weight ratio of 60: (18-22): 3: 2.4: 39. The method comprises the following steps of: a, mixing the PVC resin powder, the DOP, the PVC stabilizer, the epoxy soybean oil andthe calcium carbonate, and stirring at the temperature of between 110 and 120 DEG C to obtain a mixture; b, adding the pigment into the mixture, and kneading the pigment and the mixture to obtain a soft solid; and c, kneading and plasticizing the soft solid, and performing impurity filtration on the soft solid by using three layers of filter screens, wherein the mesh number of the filter screens of the first layer and the third layer in the three layers of filter screens is 20 meshes, and the mesh number of the filter screen of the second layer is 60 or 100 or 120 meshes. The method is simplein operation, easy in manufacture and low in production cost.
