The invention belongs to the field of machining and tools and relates to an aircraft engine double-rotor test bed intermediate bearing outer ring assembling and disassembling method. According to the method, a whole assembling and disassembling device is driven to run through a servo motor and belt transmission; electric energy is converted into mechanical energy through the assembling and disassembling device, and an intermediate bearing outer ring is pressed into or pushed out of a transition shaft matched with the bearing outer ring; and the whole assembling and disassembling process is performed on the assembling and disassembling device fixed to the ground. Firstly, the special assembling and disassembling device is erected; then, the intermediate bearing outer ring is installed; and finally, when the intermediate bearing outer ring 20 needs to be replaced, the intermediate bearing outer ring is disassembled. According to the method, when the structure and the performance of an intermediate bearing are not damaged, one device is adopted to finish assembling and disassembling the intermediate bearing outer ring, and the tedious device replacing steps are avoided; and meanwhile, a motor is adopted for driving, the installing accuracy is improved, and manpower is saved.
