Диагностическая роль современных методов исследования слезоотводящих путей у детей

2015
Objective to improve informative value of complex diagnostics of children with disorders of nasolacrimal duct with the help of transcanalicular video-endoscopic dacrioscopy and multispiral X-ray contrast computer tomography. Materials and methods. The analysis of computer tomograms with contrasting of nasolacrimal duct and videograms of transcanalicular dacryoendoscopy of 52 children with recurrent dacryocystitis was made. Results. Computer tomography showed that increasing of size of lacrimal sack to big and medium size happened in 32 children: stenosis in upper part of nasolacrimal duct in 11 children, stenosis of lower part in 25 children, stricture in this part of nasolacrimal sack in 16 children. Results of transcanalicular video-endoscopic dacrioscopy supplemented data about pathology peculiarities due to visualization of tissue specifics in the place of total and or partial obstruction and condition of surrounding mucous in nasolacrimal duct. Conclusions. Computer tomography with contrasting of nasolacrimal duct allows to obtain the specific and clear image of width and configuration of its aperture and to model the image of the whole nasolacrimal system (volume-superficial or 3D-reconstruction). Usage of computer tomography in combination with endoscopic transcanalicular dacryoscopy allows to raise a level of preoperation examination of children and to decrease a frequency of recurrences of the disease in postoperative period to minimum.
