The present invention relates to a composition, in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, comprising an aqueous phase and a fatty phase, containing: at least one wax, a liquid fatty phase comprising at least one silicone oil, the the wax (es) being insoluble in said liquid fatty phase, in particular in the silicone oil (s), and at least one pigment.
