Progresses on microwave dielectric ceramics of ZnO-TiO_2 system

The research progress of microwave dielectric ceramics is illustrated from three aspects involving the mixture of metal oxide,low-temperature sintering and application research.Main developing orientation is put forward:doping metallic cation modification;minimize the particle size through a physical or semi-chemical method to improve the reaction activity;doping appropriate amount of oxide or glass sintering aids to realize low-temperature sintering of ZnO-TiO2 ceramic system;further the research of action mechanism between ceramics and inner electrode to design excellent multilayer microwave devices.
