국내 건설회사 견적팀원의 직무만족에 따른 직무스트레스 요인 분석

There is few researches about job stress of quantity surveyors in domestic construction company. Especially, it’s necessary to calculate the mean of not the total responses but the unsatifaction those. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the difference of job stress according to the job satisfaction. A questionnaire survey was performed to assess the job stress of quantity surveyors in domestic 12 construction company. As a result, main factors of the job stress of both satisfaction and dissatisfaction group were extracted and the correlation between each factor were verifed. Additionally, the difference among total, satisfaction, and dissatisfaction group were compared in the job stress assessment. The results of this study can be utilized as fundamental materials to manage the job stress of quantity surveyors in construction company.
