Medication Analysis of 3 Times of ADRs in a Patient

OBJECTIVE:To realize the relation between ADR and irrational drug use in the clinic.METHODS:The drug use of a patient during hospitalization was summarized before and after 3 times of ADR.The relationship of ADR with drugs and the rationality of ADR-inducing drugs use were both analyzed.RESULTS:Irrational drug use was found during hospitalization,and the causality existed between 3 times of ADR and the use of dubious drugs.CONCLUSION:Doctors should pay attention to the rational drug use to avoid or reduce the occurrence of ADR utmostly.
