Versatility of the cw-Nd:YAG and diode lasers in ocular surgery.

The effectiveness of cw-Nd:YAG and diode laser light in performing transscleral chorioretinal coagulation is demonstrated in cadaver porcine eyes using a new contact probe that facilitates irradiation of these layers.
