The article discusses problems concerned with educational process quality evaluation, there was suggested one of the variants to develop system model do educational process on the basis of knowledge triads, where the problem of increasing educational process quality is solved by increasing the quality of content side of knowledge of each model element. On the basis of system analysis of requirements to university graduates of technical specialities from employers there was suggested system model of that requirements.
