The invention discloses laser cutting equipment and a cutting control method and system thereof, wherein, the cutting control line system comprises an input module, a control module and a controller. The input module receives a cutting graph set by a user; when the cutting graph is the graph of a product, the size of the cutting graph is increased by the set value by the control module, and the increased cutting graph is output to the controller; when the cutting graph is the graph of the inner hole of the product, the size of the cutting graph is decreased by the set value by the control module, and a decreased cutting graph is output to the controller; and a laser cutting head is driven by the controller to cut according to the received cutting graph. Accordingly, by means of setting the set value in laser cutting to regulate the size of the laser cutting graph, the deviation caused by a laser light spot is compensated and the precision of laser cutting is improved.
