Tolerance of Phellodendron amurense bark extract (Nexrutine®) in human prostate cancer patients

Purpose Phellodendron amurense bark extract (Nexrutine®) has shown a favorable effect on prostate cancer in vivo and in vitro. We evaluated its tolerance in patients undergoing surgery or radiation for prostate cancer.
