Особенности прогнозирования плацентарной недостаточности беременных группы высокого риска в практике врача первичного звена

211 pregnant women at the age from 18 till 30 years have been surveyed, from them 2 groups have been generated: 1 group (comparison group) was made by 81 healthy pregnant women, 130 women of group of high risk have entered into the second on development of placentary insufficiency. To all pregnant women spent ultrasonic scanning: carried out fetografye, placentagrafya, defined quantity waters of fetal, estimated indicators of a biophysical profile of a fruit. The method was applied to an estimation of a condition of a blood-groove in system mother-placenta-fruit dopplerografya. The deviations of function of a placenta revealed at research, allows to carry out preventive maintenance of obstetric complications in due time.
