Application of impedance-matched materials in antenna technology

A technique is proposed for using impedance-matched materials to expand the operating frequency of existing antenna radiators. The results of numerical electromagnetic modeling and experimental investigation of a waveguide slit radiator, whose operating frequency was expanding.
