Über den Mechanismus der Potenzierung der Katecholaminwirkung nach chronisch postganglionärer sympathischer Denervierung

1965
The influence of chronic postganglionic sympathetic denervation upon uptake and effects of administereddl-[H]3-Noradrenaline ([H]3-NA) has been investigated using the isolated perfused spleen preparation. The total radioactivity and [H]3-NA was determined in the tissues and in the perfusate. The maximal splenic contraction was measured as change in volume. 108, 216, and 432 nanogramsdl-7-[H]3-NA were infused into the innervated tissues, 54, 108, and 216 nanograms into the denervated. The duration of the infusions in each case was 2 min, and the perfusate was collected for 29 min during and after each infusion.
