The over-barrier reflection of the Bloch point in uniaxial ferromagnets with strong magnetic anisotropy

It is shown that the over-barrier reflection of the Bloch point from the defect potential in uniaxial ferromagnets with strong magnetic anisotropy is possible in principle. The temperature corresponding to the quantum effect under consideration is found to be in a subhelium temperature range.
