The lamp comprises a light-emitting module and a lamp socket, wherein the lamp socket comprises a socket body unit, the socket body unit comprises a first socket part and a second socket part, the first socket part comprises a first passage, the second socket part comprises a second passage corresponding to the first passage, the first passage is communicated with the second passage, and the heat conductivity coefficient of the second socket part is lower than the heat conductivity coefficient of the first socket part. The light-emitting module is arranged in the first socket part, when the light-emitting module works, by means of pressure difference generated from the temperature difference between the first socket part and the second socket part, airflow between the first passage and the second passage are speeded up, and thus heat dissipation efficiency is improved.
