Seeding method of blast-resistant gene recombinant DNA fragment-containing plants

The invention provides a seeding method of blast-resistant gene recombinant DNA fragment-containing plants. The seeding method is characterized in that stable target plants only containing a donor parent 'K22' blast-resistant gene DNA fragment and having background being completely consistent with that of a receptor parent 'Kongyu131' through five generations by using positive and negative selection markers and a rice whole-genome breeding chip technology. The invention also provides a blast-resistant gene recombinant DNA fragment obtained by using the method, and a detection method thereof.
