An injection-locked ADCDR with reference-less frequency tracking

This paper presents an injection-locked clock and data recovery (IL-CDR) with reference-less frequency tracking. The IL-CDR cancels the difference between free running frequency and data rate without a reference clock. The IL-CDR design has −12.8%/10% frequency tracking range. CDR bandwidth is 300MHz which is achieved by using an injection-locked oscillator.
