Partial discharge signal de-noising by morphological filters

This paper describes partial discharge signal denoising by morphological filters used mainly in signal processing. These filters have the advantage of not corrupting original useful signal during filter process. At the same time, they efficiently remove noise pulses from noisy signal acquired during partial discharge measurement on electric power devices.
