IMPACT OF LARGE FOCAL INTIMAL DISRUPTION ON DISEASE PROGRESSION IN PATIENTS WITH TYPE B AORTIC INTRAMURAL HEMATOMA

Pathogenesis of acute aortic intramural hematoma (IMH) has not been fully elucidated. Recent advances in imaging techniques revealed that patients with IMH have various sizes of focal intimal disruptions (FIDs), which may affect clinical outcomes. In particular, large FID might be associated with
