Use of one or more nanoparticles of replicating nucleic acids
2013
Use of one or more nanoparticles (9) which are each conjugated with at least one oligonucleotide (4), for multiplying nucleic acids (1), wherein one or more of the oligonucleotides (4) having at least one primer sequence (5) as well as a further section extending from the nanoparticle proximal end of the primer sequence in the direction of the nanoparticle, characterized in that the further section comprises at least one abasic modification (7).
