Research on the extraction of total flavonoids from Phellinus Vaninii with ultrasonic-assisted technique

Objective:The best extraction technique of total flavonoids from Phellinus Vaninii with ultrasonic-assisted technique was explored.Methods:The orthogonal design was used in the research on the ultrasonic-assisted technique extraction technique. Results:The optimum conditions of the extraction were as follows:ethanol 70%;extracting temp 45℃;the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶30;extracting time 45 min. Conclusion:This process was featured by higher extraction rate and shorter extraction time.
