The invention discloses a method for treating leachate by evaporating, comprising the following steps: landfill gas or methane and evaporation combustion air are introduced into a burner to generate high-temperature fuel gas after burning; the sprayed primary leachate is evaporated by using the high-temperature fuel gas in the primary evaporation chamber and medium-temperature mixed gas is formed; the medium-temperature mixed gas enters a secondary evaporation chamber through a wind cowl, is subjected to heat and mass transfer with the sprayed secondary leachate in the secondary evaporation chamber, so that the secondary leachate is evaporated and low-temperature mixed gas is formed; the low-temperature mixed gas passes through a dust collector and then enters a torch burner and burns with torch landfill gas and the combustion air at high temperature; and the leachate is heated by using high-temperature burned tail gas through a heat exchanger and the high-temperature burned tail gas is exhausted from the tower top. The invention also provides a landfill gas burning bubble bed for realizing the method, which meets the current relevant standards in emission and simultaneously can be used for decrement innocent treatment of other waste liquids (especial for high-concentration waste liquids).
