An agent server (1) of the present invention includes a conversation monitoring section (21) for monitoring, based on a conversation log saved in a family message board server (2), comments made by members belonging to a community, a status information collecting section (22) for collecting status information of the community which information corresponds to specific members and specific keywords which have been detected based on the conversation log, and a comment making section (24) for outputting, to the server, a comment message which conforms to an event of the community which event is indicated by status information.
