Manufacturing apparatus and method of LiFePO4 / C active substance for lithium-ion battery

The present invention provides a manufacturing apparatus and method of a LiFePO4 / C compound. The LiFePO4 / C material manufactured by the apparatus and method has high quality consistency and good processing performance. Electric and chemical properties of a lithium-ion battery can be improved greatly by adopting the LiFePO4 / C manufactured by the apparatus and method as a cathode active material. During a LiFePO4 / C manufacturing process using the apparatus, steps of mixing, crushing, pre-roasting, carbon coating and high temperature synthesis are accomplished at one time; and the grinding medium always acts on the material to play the role of complete crushing, mixing and mechanical activation, etc.
