A ATUAÇÃO DO PEDAGOGO FRENTE ÀS QUEIXAS DA INDISCIPLINA ESCOLAR

O presente trabalho aborda a atuacao do pedagogo frente as queixas de indisciplina no espaco escolar em uma escola tecnica no cenario nordestino. Possui como objetivo compreender a atuacao do pedagogo frente as queixas de indisciplina no espaco escolar. Assim, o metodo utilizado foi o de abordagem qualitativa e quanto aos objetivos da pesquisa classificada como descritiva. Os participantes foram 3 (tres) pedagogos de uma escola tecnica federal do municipio de Floriano/PI. Os instrumentos de coleta dos dados foram um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturado e um questionario para obtencao de dados sociodemograficos. O procedimento de analise dos dados utilizado foi a Hermeneutica de Profundidade, constituida pelas suas tres etapas: analise socio-historica, analise formal ou discursiva e (re)interpretacao. A partir dos resultados obtidos, constata-se que a atuacao do pedagogo frente as queixas de indisciplina escolar e fundamental para o crescimento do ambiente educacional, pois atua como profissional responsavel pela melhor organizacao e funcionamento do espaco educacional. THE ACTION OF THE PEDAGOGUE AGAINST THE COMPLAINTS OF THE SCHOOL INDISCIPLINA Abstract This work addresses the role of the pedagogue in the face of complaints of indiscipline in the school space in a technical school in the Northeast scenario. It aims to understand the role of the pedagogue in the face of complaints of indiscipline in the school space. Thus, the method used was the qualitative approach and regarding the objectives of the research classified as descriptive. The participants were 3 (three) pedagogues from a federal technical school in the municipality of Floriano/PI. The data collection instruments were a semi-structured interview script and a questionnaire to obtain sociodemographic data. The data analysis procedure used was Depth Hermeneutics, consisting of its three stages: socio-historical analysis, formal or discursive analysis and (re) interpretation. From the results obtained, it appears that the role of the pedagogue in the face of complaints of school indiscipline is fundamental for the growth of the educational environment, as he acts as a professional responsible for the best organization and functioning of the educational space.
