Nose movable crossing for turnout

A structure and a method for eliminating section void of rail in a turnout are provided to attenuate noise and vibration as well as to enhance riding comfort of a rail vehicle by installing a nose rail crossing capable of sliding in a straight line section and in a branching track. A method of eliminating section void of rail includes producing a crossing for a turnout in a vertically movable nose rail crossing type and installing the vertically movable nose rail crossing(500) in the turnout, where the nose rail crossing is capable of sliding on a straight section(510) and a branching section(520).
