Transition Structure Analysis by Type of Students based on their Awareness and Behavior Affecting Current Job Performance

In recent years, with the intensification of corporate competition, the question of what kind of behavior in the school days will develop into a behavior that can actively do great after employment is becoming important. In this research, we analyze and examine how consciousness or behavior during school and university days influence the ability to perform work after finding employment by using questionnaire survey data obtained from working people, considering the differences between the humanities and the science. Furthermore, we propose a method for concretization of each type using a persona of a UX method capable of deriving each type's typical features from factor analysis of questionnaire quantitative data, residual analysis and multiple comparisons of qualitative variables, probabilistic reasoning, and edge strength analysis of the Bayesian network, and compare and examine the types.
