PURPOSE: A pulverizing apparatus for a waste and sludge disposing apparatus is provided to continuously and repetitively transfer, pulverize, and dry waste with multiple screw transferring units inside an enclosed space, thereby improving a drying rate with a continuous pulverization and drying. CONSTITUTION: A pulverizing apparatus for a waste and sludge disposing apparatus includes multiple screw shafts(100), a jacket(200), and a heating unit(300). The jacket has a housing part(210) housing the screw shafts. The heating unit circulates a heat source in order to maintain a heating condition. The jacket is formed with a metallic material having a high elongation rate, and the material is extendable when being heated. The jacket includes a body(220), a blocking plate(240), and a shaft(260). The body is formed into an arc shape so that the housing part is formed. First fastening hooks(510) are formed at both ends of the body. A chamber filled with a heat source is formed inside the body. The blocking plates are placed at both sides of the body, and second fastening hooks(520) overlapped with the first fastening hooks are formed at the blocking plates and are separated one another at regular distances. The shaft penetrates and is coupled to the first and the second fastening hooks.
