A full vertebral body multiple-point bone cement injection needle comprises a guiding puncture needle with an axial center through hole, and an inner core sleeved in the center through hole, wherein the guiding puncture needle is removably and fixedly sleeved with the rear end of the inner core through a socket joint and a handle; and a self-tapping tool bit is fixedly mounted at the front end of the inner core, and the self-tapping tool bit of the inner core after being sleeved extends out of the guiding puncture needle. The full vertebral body multiple-point bone cement injection needle is characterized in that an inclined guiding part inwards and forwards extending to a position near the axial line of the guiding puncture needle is arranged on one side of the front end surface of the guiding puncture needle in a connection manner; and an incision part meshed with the guiding part is arranged on one side of the center part of the self-tapping tool bit of the inner core; and the full vertebral body multiple-point bone cement injection needle performs single-side puncture in combination with an elastic catheter needle and extends through the inclined guiding part, so that the full vertebral body multiple-point bone cement injection is achieved, the operation is convenient, the structure is simple, and the cost is low.
