The invention discloses an air cylinder for a rotary compressor and the compressor with the air cylinder. The air cylinder for the rotary compressor comprises an air cylinder body, wherein a compression chamber is arranged on the air cylinder body; a plurality of screw holes are formed in the air cylinder in a surrounding manner; a counter bore is formed in at least one end of each screw hole. According to the air cylinder provided by the embodiment of the invention, the counter bore is formed in the at least one end of the screw hole, so that the deformation of the compression chamber can be transferred to the counter bores, the deformation of the compression chamber can be effectively reduced and the efficiency of the compressor is increased. The air cylinder is simple in structure.
