Continuous oil pipe dragging hydraulic perforation-annular sand adding layering fracturing process

2013
The invention discloses a continuous oil pipe dragging hydraulic perforation-annular sand adding layering fracturing process, and belongs to the technical field of hydraulic fracturing of oil-water wells. A crack system in a stratum is analyzed through storage layer characteristics and interlayer shielding conditions; and the perforation number and depth of a fracturing layer are determined. Before the sand blasting perforation, a fracturing perforation tool is put down to a perforation depth through a continuous oil pipe, and a sand blasting perforation construction procedure list is performed in perforation; the perforation tool is upwards lifted through the continuous oil pipe according to the perforation depth for performing more showers; a perforation eyehole is enlarged, so that the friction is low in construction; the annular sand adding is performed to increase the volume and the seepage area of the storage layer, so that a bottom hole and a bottom seepage storage layer are more effectively modified; the annular sand adding construction displacement is 5.0-8.0 m3/min; and the maximal and minimal main stresses of the storage layer are overcome to temporarily generate more new cracks so as to increase the modification degree of the storage layer. The process has the advantage of being suitable for multilayer and large-displacement fracturing modification.
