Design of Deep-holes Machining Accessories Based on Green Manufacturing

A set of deep-hole machining accessories for internal chip removal and cooling was designed by using one kind of micro spraying cutting-fluid,and its working principle,implementation method and structure principle of its subassembly of high-pressure spray equipment,rotary joint and simple oil transmission device were analyzed.Results of the machining experiments show that the purpose of reducing costs and energy consumption in deep-hole machining can be achieved by using this accessory.
