The invention discloses a bedside continuous hemodialysis filtration device. After bypassing a first peristaltic pump (2), an artery pipeline (6) is connected with an intramembrane connector of a hemodialyzer (11), and the other intramembrane connector of the hemodialyzer (11) is connected with a vein pipeline (7); a waste liquor pipeline (4) is connected with an out-membrane connector at the upper end of the hemodialyzer (11) and is connected with a waste liquor bag (9) after bypassing a fourth peristaltic pump (3); and a liquor compensation pipeline (15) is connected with a liquor compensation bag (20) and is divided into two paths, wherein one path of the liquor compensation pipeline (15) is connected with the vein pipeline (7), and the other path of the liquor compensation pipeline (15) is connected with the artery pipeline (6) or an out-membrane connector at the lower end of the hemodialyzer (11). The bedside continuous hemodialysis filtration device does not need an external water processing device, can be used for realizing bedside movement and rapid rescue treatment in an emergency department, and is capable of simultaneously performing front and rear dilution treatment as well as hemodialysis and filtration treatment.
