The present invention discloses a method for preparing phosphate and triazinyl photocurable hyperbranched intumescent flame retardant based on using cyanuric chloride, 1-tert-butoxycarbonyl piperazine, phosphorus oxychloride, ethanol, acrylic acid hydroxyethyl acrylate synthesized novel nitrogen source and one of a set of acid source / photo-curable intumescent flame retardant phosphorus compound; this flame retardant has a good compatibility with resin, low viscosity photocurable, char good performance characteristics, it can be applied for fire protection of steel, plastics, composite materials and wood surfaces and the like. And the preparation process is simple, low cost, wide range of applications; available radiation curable flame retardant of the present invention, the curing speed is fast, can effectively improve productivity and save energy; flame retardant of the present invention in combination with the photocurable coating can be prepared with halogen, low smoke, non-toxic, non-corrosive, flame retardant properties excellent, environmentally friendly product; starting material used in the method of the present invention are readily available, and easy preparation, suitable for industrial production.
