A tubular solar heat absorber provided with an insert and solid particles comprises a quartz heat absorbing tube (5), the solid particles (4), the insert (3) and an insert fixing device (1), wherein a solid particle inlet (2) is formed in the upper part of the quartz heat absorbing tube (5), and a solid particle outlet (6) is formed in the bottom of the quartz heat absorbing tube (5); the insert fixing device (1) is located right above the quartz heat absorbing tube (5), and the insert (3) is connected with the insert fixing device (1) in a mode of rigid connection or flexible suspending connection and is fixed in the quartz heat absorbing tube (5); the solid particles (4) freely fall off inside the quartz heat absorbing tube (5) during working. According to the tubular solar heat absorber provided with the insert and the solid particles, the retaining time of the solid particles (4) in the quartz heat absorbing tube (5) can be prolonged, so that the high-temperature solid particles (4) are obtained.
