Analysis on the Difference of Mineral Nutrition Content in Tobacco by Different Floating System Technical Measures

2012
Differences of 8 mineral elements in leaves, stems and roots of flue-cured tobacco during growing period, were studied by different floating system technical measures with K326 for the materials in order to detected effect of absorption and utilization to mineral nutrition and breed strong seedling. The results showed that: difference between the content of Phosphorus(P),Potassium(K),Calcium(Ca) in leaves among each treatment was not significant, but there was significant difference of stems and roots among treatments in the early growing period. The content of Magnesium(Mg) in leaves among all treatments reaching an extremely remarkable level, especially treatment 3 and 4;In all growing period, the content of microelement including sodium(Na),manganese(Mn),zinc(Zn),ferrum(Fe),copper(Cu) in leaves, stems and roots between treatments and control was significant. The tobacco using system of circulation increasing oxygen with UV light and directional growth of root had better absorbent and coordination of mineral nutrition which was suitable application on a large scale.
